He owned his own early years setting, gaining hands-on experience in both managing a nursery and understanding the operational needs of early years education. Following his time as a nursery owner, Claudio transitioned into recruitment and marketing roles within the early years sector. His experience in these areas equipped him with a strong understanding of how to attract, recruit, and retain talented professionals, particularly male educators, within the industry.
